Use Zag Online banking to: 

Access your Accounts

Check account balances, see your transaction history, transfer funds and view pending and post-dated transactions. It is easy, fast and secure.

Transfer Funds

Transfer funds between Zag Bank accounts instantly. You can also transfer funds to and from other Canadian bank accounts you’ve linked to your Zag accounts.

Open an additional Zag Account

If you would like to open an additional Zag account, you can do it from Zag Online. Since we already have your information, the process should take less time.  

Manage Notifications with Alerts

Our Alerts tool makes it easy for you to keep track of what’s happening with your Zag Bank accounts via automatic notifications.

Customize your Notifications

You can customize which transactions you want to hear about through email: if your balance falls below or goes above your set amounts, when you make a transaction exceeding a certain threshold or when a specific amount is withdrawn.

Schedule your Notifications

You can also use Alerts to set notifications you would like to receive on a regular basis. For example, you can request your account balances each payday or at a recurring interval. You can also receive a summary of your transaction history at a recurring interval.

Security Notifications

We’re serious about our clients’ security. Alerts will alert you of any changes to your account so that you can take action quickly if needed. For example, we’ll let you know if your password has been changed or if you’ve been locked out of your online profile.

Once your account has been opened, we’ll send you an email with a link to sign up to Zag Online. Then:

  1. Login using the user ID and password you chose when you opened your first Zag Bank account.
  2. Start banking.
  3. Download the Zag Mobile app to manage your accounts 24/7.
