I’ve forgotten my User ID and/or password for my online banking account. What should I do?

A

Your User ID was provided to you via email when you first applied for a Zag Bank account. If you can’t find your User ID in your email and you can’t remember it, you’ll need to get in touch with Client Services by phone at 1-844-924-2265. They’ll be happy to help.

If you’ve forgotten your password, you’ll need to follow a few easy steps to reset it.

  1. Go to the password reset page or visit ZagBank.ca, click on ‘Login’ and then click on ‘Forgot Your Password?’
  2. Enter your User ID and security question (i.e. your date of birth)
  3. Select ‘Next’
  4. Answer your security questions and select ‘Next.’ If you answer them incorrectly or don’t remember your answers, please call Client Services at 1-844-924-2265
  5. You’ll be asked to create and re-enter a new password
  6. Select ‘Submit’ (You’re almost done)
  7. When you log in again, you’ll be asked to validate your identity by answering a security question
  8. Answer the question, then select ‘Submit.’ All done!
  9. If you’re still having difficulty resetting your password, please call Client Services at 1-844-924-2265
