Alerts are automated email notifications that you can easily set to monitor your account. Alerts notify you of different types of activities on your accounts. Some are mandatory while others are optional and can be customized. You can choose to receive your alerts by email or by push notifications on your device.
You can decide what information you want to receive on an ongoing basis. For example, you may want to know when your balance falls below a set amount. Or maybe you would like to receive your transaction history at regular intervals.
For your accounts, you can set up Alerts to notify you if:
- Your balance falls below or above a set amount
- You make a transaction equal to, less than, or over a set amount
You can easily customize and change what this amount will be for you.
You can set up Security Alerts for any changes to your account profile, such as:
- Your password or address has been changed
- Your account has been compromised/you have been locked out of your online banking profile
- Your security question has been updated or ANSWERed incorrectly
Note, the security alerts below are automatically set up for you and cannot be disabled, for your protection.
- Password has been changed on Zag Online
- Account has been locked out of Zag Online
- Address is changed
Account and Security Alerts can be set up and managed through Zag Online and Zag Mobile.
You can also set up recurring alerts for information you want to receive on a regular basis, such as your account balance or your transaction history. Note, scheduled alerts can be set up only through Zag Online.
