How to bank with us

It’s easy to access your funds and manage your Zag account whenever, or wherever you are with our mobile and online banking services.

To enroll in Zag Online

  1. Once your account is activated, go to
  2. Select the Login button
  3. Enter the userID and password you set up when you applied for your Zag Bank account
  4. Set up your security questions and you’re done.

Once you are enrolled, you can access and manage your account with features including: view your balance and transaction history, transfer funds, view statements and download transactions. You can also open new Zag accounts easily through Zag Online.

To set up Zag Mobile

If you’ve already enrolled in Zag Online:

You’re automatically set-up for Zag Mobile. Just download the app from the App Store or Google Play, sign in and you’re ready to go. Or, you can download the app next time you’re in Zag Online – simply select ‘Mobile Banking’ from the top navigation menu. Here, you can also manage your mobile devices that are registered for Zag Mobile, as well as set up and manage alerts.

If you haven’t enrolled in Zag Online yet:

  1. Download the Zag Mobile app from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Select Sign up for Mobile Banking
  3. Provide a little information 
  4. Start banking.

Zag Mobile lets you quickly and easily manage your accounts on the go. You can view accounts and account balances, see your transaction history, deposit cheques, transfer funds, and change your password. You can also open new Zag accounts easily through Zag Mobile.

Note: Some banking functions are only accessible through Zag Online at such as accessing statements, accessing tax forms and changing contact information.
